We specialise in the best of local real ales at The George. We usually have a couple of guest ales available to sample and you’ll almost certainly love our regular ales too. These include beers from the Great Oakley Brewery, which is no distance up the road, and from the Vale Brewery in Brill.

Vale Pale Ale, 4.2% abv, Vale Brewery Company, Brill.
Hops from across the Atlantic together with Kent's finest deliver an assertive, dry hoppy ale with a pronounced malt background. Gold Medal winner at the 2007 Reading Beer Festival.
Egret 3.8% abv, Great Oakley Brewery, Tiffield.
Very pale, slightly sweet with pleasant fruity aftertaste.

- Bullion 4.7% abv- A light coloured, exceptionally well balanced smooth ale with a light fragrant hop finish. Bronze award winner at the CAMRA Great British Beer Festival 2000. Brewed by Nottingham Brewery, Nottingham.
- Apples and Pears 5.2% abv (Real Perry/Cider) - MADE FROM 88% PEAR 12% APPLE SWEET IN FLAVOUR WITH A MOUTH WATERING ALMOST EXOTIC TASTE.
Fruit Type: Apples and Pears. Suitable for vegans & coeliacs. Drink Style: Sweet, Still, Exotic Cider. Produced by Lilley's Cider, Frome, Somerset.
- Pirate 4.2% abv - Sometimes you meet people who can buy & sell wherever they are in the world - you know the sort, you count your fingers after shaking their hands - these are modern day Pirates - The Royal Fleet Auxiliary I met when stationed in Gibraltar inspired this beer - they trade in every port to keep HM Navy well stocked with everything from fuel to chocolate bars. Best bitter doesn't get any better than this, a malt base of caramel and coffee, finished with a clean citrus taste.Brewed buy Twisted Brewery, Westbury, Wiltshire.
- Whirl Wind 3.8% abv -Highly refreshing sunshine blonde beer with a wonderfully fruity palate and lingering late hop aroma. Late in the fermentation, the addition of Amarillo hops layers on even more aroma; notably, orange and apricot. Supporting Bletchley Park and The National Museum of Computing. Brewed by Tring Brewery, Tring, Hertfordshire.
